Return Policy

This Return Policy governs returns and refunds for products purchased from Ghost Carbon at ghostcarbon.store (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Return Period. Eligible products may be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of delivery, as determined by the carrier's confirmed delivery date. Return requests initiated after this period has elapsed will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.

2. Condition of Returned Goods. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging together with all included hardware and components. Products that have been mounted, modified, altered, or damaged following delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Ghost Carbon reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned product satisfies these conditions.

3. Return Shipping. The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning a product, including shipping and insurance. Ghost Carbon recommends using a trackable and insured shipping method. Ghost Carbon shall not be liable for any return lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, and the risk of loss remains with the customer until the returned product is received and accepted.

4. Restocking Fee. A restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the product's purchase price shall be applied to all accepted returns and deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refunds. Upon receipt and inspection of a returned product, and provided the product satisfies the conditions stated herein, Ghost Carbon will issue a refund to the original method of payment in the amount of the purchase price less the restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable period following inspection; the timing of the funds appearing in your account is subject to your financial institution.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item ordered, the customer must notify Ghost Carbon within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery. In such cases, Ghost Carbon will, at its discretion, arrange for replacement or refund of the affected product at no cost to the customer, including return shipping.

7. How to Initiate a Return. To request a return, contact Ghost Carbon at ferniejr331@icloud.com and provide your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. Do not ship any product back until you have received return authorization and instructions.

8. Amendments. Ghost Carbon reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. The version of the policy in effect at the time of your order shall govern that order.
