This page sets out the policies governing your purchase from Ghost Carbon at ghostcarbon.store (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to the Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Terms and Conditions set forth below.
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time. Orders are processed and shipped within two (2) business days of the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.
2. Shipping Rates. A flat shipping rate of $9 applies to orders.
3. Promotional Free Shipping. Orders shipped within the United States with a subtotal of $199 or more qualify for free shipping upon entry of the code FREESHIPPING at checkout. Promotional free shipping applies to United States destinations only.
4. Tracking. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with the order.
5. Destinations and Risk of Loss. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
6. Inquiries. Shipping inquiries may be directed to ferniejr331@icloud.com with the relevant order number.
Return Policy
1. Return Period. Eligible products may be returned within fifteen (15) calendar days of the date of delivery, as determined by the carrier's confirmed delivery date. Return requests initiated after this period has elapsed will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
2. Condition of Returned Goods. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original, undamaged packaging together with all included hardware and components. Products that have been mounted, modified, altered, or damaged following delivery are not eligible for return or refund. Ghost Carbon reserves the sole right to determine whether a returned product satisfies these conditions.
3. Return Shipping. The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning a product, including shipping and insurance. Ghost Carbon recommends using a trackable and insured shipping method. Ghost Carbon shall not be liable for any return lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, and the risk of loss remains with the customer until the returned product is received and accepted.
4. Restocking Fee. A restocking fee equal to ten percent (10%) of the product's purchase price shall be applied to all accepted returns and deducted from the refund amount.
5. Refunds. Upon receipt and inspection of a returned product, and provided the product satisfies the conditions stated herein, Ghost Carbon will issue a refund to the original method of payment in the amount of the purchase price less the restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are typically processed within a reasonable period following inspection; the timing of the funds appearing in your account is subject to your financial institution.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item ordered, the customer must notify Ghost Carbon within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery. In such cases, Ghost Carbon will, at its discretion, arrange for replacement or refund of the affected product at no cost to the customer, including return shipping.
7. How to Initiate a Return. To request a return, contact Ghost Carbon at ferniejr331@icloud.com and provide your order number and the product(s) you wish to return. Do not ship any product back until you have received return authorization and instructions.
Terms and Conditions
1. General. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ghostcarbon.store and any purchase made through it. Ghost Carbon reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and the version posted at the time of your order shall govern that order.
2. Products. Ghost Carbon makes every reasonable effort to display its products and finishes accurately. Carbon fiber weave patterns are a natural characteristic of the material and may vary slightly from the images displayed; such variation does not constitute a defect.
3. Fitment. Products are designed for the vehicle model(s) identified in each product listing (currently the Sur-Ron Light Bee X). It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm fitment prior to ordering. Ghost Carbon is not responsible for products ordered for an incompatible model.
4. Installation and Use. Products are sold as components intended for installation by the customer or a qualified mechanic. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Carbon shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the improper installation, modification, or use of its products.
5. Pricing and Payment. All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Ghost Carbon reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed in connection with such errors.
6. Returns and Shipping. Purchases are subject to the Return Policy and Shipping Policy set forth above, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Ghost Carbon arising out of or relating to any product or order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Terms. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
