Shipping policy

1. Processing Time. Orders are processed and shipped within two (2) to three (3) business days of the date the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding recognized holidays.

2. Shipping Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and dimensions, and is charged at the carrier's live rate. The customer is responsible for shipping costs except where a promotional offer applies.

3. Promotional Free Shipping. Orders shipped within the United States with $199 or more in Ghost Carbon carbon fiber parts qualify for free shipping, applied automatically at checkout. Items shipped by our partner suppliers are charged their own shipping. Free shipping applies to United States destinations only.

4. Tracking. Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with the order.

5. Destinations and Risk of Loss. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout based on the destination. Title and risk of loss for all products pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
