Terms of service

1. General. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of ghostcarbon.store and any purchase made through it. Ghost Carbon reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and the version posted at the time of your order shall govern that order.

2. Products. Ghost Carbon makes every reasonable effort to display its products and finishes accurately. Carbon fiber weave patterns are a natural characteristic of the material and may vary slightly from the images displayed; such variation does not constitute a defect.

3. Fitment. Products are designed for the vehicle model(s) identified in each product listing. It is the customer's sole responsibility to confirm fitment prior to ordering. Ghost Carbon is not responsible for products ordered for an incompatible model.

4. Installation and Use. Products are sold as components intended for installation by the customer or a qualified mechanic. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Carbon shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the improper installation, modification, or use of its products.

5. Pricing and Payment. All prices are stated in United States Dollars (USD). Ghost Carbon reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed in connection with such errors.

6. Returns and Shipping. Purchases are subject to the Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

7. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Ghost Carbon arising out of or relating to any product or order shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Terms. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
