Welcome to Ghost Carbon. By accessing this website and placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. General. These terms govern your use of ghostcarbon.store and any purchase made through it. We may update these terms at any time, and the version posted at the time of your order applies.

2. Products. We make every effort to display our products and their finishes accurately. Carbon fiber weave patterns are natural and may vary slightly from photos; this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

3. Fitment. Our parts are designed for the bike models stated in each product listing (currently the Sur-Ron Light Bee X). It is the customer's responsibility to confirm fitment before ordering. We are not responsible for parts ordered for an incompatible model.

4. Installation. Parts are sold as components for installation by the customer or a qualified mechanic. Ghost Carbon is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or use.

5. Pricing and payment. All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel any order resulting from such errors.

6. Shipping. Shipping timelines and rates are described on our Shipping Policy page. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns. Returns are governed by our Return Policy page, including the 15-day window, customer-paid return shipping, and 10% restocking fee.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghost Carbon's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.
